Research Of The Expressway Construction Project Safety Management Based On Benchmarking

Behind the rapid development of China's economy and the increasing investment in the Infrastructure,the highway construction in our country is also thriving.In the field of highwa y engineering construction,due to the characteristics of being highly influenced by outside fac tors,collaboration,strong liquidity,highway engineering construction accidents continue to o ccur,making the construction safety management becomes more and more important.The way to improve the level of safety management and ensure the safety production of highway e ngineering construction become an issue which has to be settled urgently.Benchmarking is pr oved to be an excellent management method because it's scientific,systematic and highly effi cient.It has been widely used in various fields.Introducing benchmarking into the constructio n safety management is an important way to improve its system.This thesis starts with the benchmarking management,highway engineering construction safety management and its related theories,bases on the research at home and abroad.This analyzes the status of current highway engineering construction safety management,main problems and the reasons and discusses the necessity and feasibility of the application of benchmarking management in highway engineering construction safety management.This paper uses four aspects,including construction personnel,construction equipment,construction environment and construction management to build the benchmarking management system,to indicate that the specific procedures for the use of benchmarking,and to use data envelopment analysis(DEA)in the evaluation of enterprise's construction safety management performance.Also,to select the suitable benchmarking enterprises,and puts forward to join the industry benchmark data to ensure accuracy of optimization benchmark,for enterprises to improve their safety management to provide a reference.In order to improve highway engineering construction safety management,this thesis combined benchmarking management and highway engineering construction safety management creatively,provided a new perspective in promoting highway engineering construction safety management.
