The Study On Planning Method And Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation For Pumped-storage Station

After reading the literature extensively,this paper proposed a comprehensive planning model of the pumped-storage plant fitting the characteristic of the development of modern power system in terms of its integrated benefits in power system.In the model to assess the integrated benefits,the basic idea of assessing the integrated benefits quantitatively was proposed.An index system for assessing the various kinds of dynamic and static power sources was introduced,and a method to quantitatively calculate the integrated benefits was presented.On the basis of the assessment of integrated benefits,with the minimized total expenditure of national economy and the maximized reliability as the objective,this article established the comprehensive planning model of the pumped-storage plant.Finally,the article analyzed a provincial electric network,and the model proved to be reasonable and effective.
