Study On Mechanism Of Social Public Events' Impact On Urban Traffic System

The rapid development of the national economy promotes the development of the transport industry, however, with the improve of residents' living standards and speed up the urbanization process in our country, urban transport facilities can no longer meet the traffic demand, while the growing of social public events worsened this situation, therefore, we must research mechanism of social public events' impact on the city transportation system.This paper focusing on social public events, study the mechanism of its impact on urban transportation system, on the basis of engineering sciences, technical sciences, management theory , guided by systems engineering theory and traffic engineering theory to explore the mechanism of social public events' impact on urban transportation system.During the study process, the principle is combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation, theoretical research and examples analysis combined , we use traffic engineering, self-organization theory, catastrophe theory, and so on, multi-disciplinary, multi-angle study mechanism of social public events' impact on urban transportation system and related responses.This article analyzes the self-organizing process and catastrophe characteristics in urban transport systems, discussion of definition on social public event at home and abroad, based on research objectives, we propose categories of events traffic based on engineering, and divide into two categories: smooth-type congested-type as the degree of impact, discuss the contents of different types.At the same time, based on reasonable simulation of self-organization in urban transportation system and catastrophe theory, and considered the features of city transport in our country, we expounded the self-organization and catastrophe course, and reveal its internal unity of a row with the mutation characteristics.Discuss the evacuation course and characters in the urban transportation system influenced by social public events, using network analyze theories and wave theories. Establish the influenced model of traffic parameters, and compared with examples. In addition, the paper also considered the indirect impact to the city transport system, such as loss of travel time on the city and traffic efficiency, environmental and safety impact, etc., and put forward the idea of quantitative analysis.Finally, on the basis of the analysis, combined with actual urban traffic status in our country, and draw the relevant case management experience, for different types of social public events, put forward the traffic management and strategy, with a view to the management of social public events and provide a meaningful reference.
