2009-2010 Distribution Networks Planning Of Qinhuangdao City

Based on "eleventh five-year" plan for Qinhuangdao City distribution network,analyzes Qinhuangdao City's economic development trends,status of distribution network,and equipment levels are analyzed.Starting with the lines,transformers,circuit breakers and other major equipments and aspects of network structure,high-voltage and medium-voltage distribution network of Qinhuangdao City are evaluated with the application of quantification of transformer capacity,line losses,voltage drop,reactive power,load rate data and 'N-1' verification.Further more,mathematical models to forecast the electrical quantity and the development of load in Qinhuangdao city are estabilishd,and the electrical quantity in future developing year and load growth data can be gotten.According to the inadequacy of current network and the requirement of the future load,the paper constitutes the developing principle of distribution networks in the aspect of network structure optimization,reactive configuration,and distribution automation.The planning results could provide technical supports for the 2009-2010 distribution network planning...
