As the rapid development of Chinese economy, the request of power supply quality and economic index to city distribution network has been improved to a new height. Along with the alteration of QuJin distribution network, the power supply reliability to 10kV distribution network has an obvious improve. But the complexity of distribution network becomes more complex. For improving each of the technical and economic indexs, the distribution automation system should be imperative under the situation. The develpomnt of primary and secondary circuit, electron and communication skills have supplied the situation to implement the distribution automation system.First, introduce the QuJin city and its distribution network, analyze the problem of QuJin distribution network and then partition the range of distribution network from this layout and research.Second, after introduced the principle and character of load forecasting method, use industrial branch analyzing method, load density method, average person supply method, elasticity coefficient method and proportion coefficient increase method to frecasting the load of QuJin city.Third, the layout of QuJin power netwok is based on the result of load frecasting. In this chapter, there introduce the principle of layout and alteration, the scheme of power layout and the layout of distribution network.Fourth, detailedly discuss the neutral point earthed modes, and describe the merit and flaw to each mode, and at last commend an optimum mode for QuJin power netwok.Fifth, dissertate to distribution automation system for QuJin power netwok. This chapter detailedly discusses developping process and mode to distribution automation system either inside or outside of China. The development has three stages: automation stage of none communication channels, automation stage of communication channels and synthesis intelligentization. Then commend the synthesis intelligentization scheme to QuJin distribution network, and research the general structure, main station system, sub-station system, FTU of pillar, concentrative metering system of power, mode of communication system and its structure.At last, base on the principle of using advanced technology and economizing investment to evaluate the investment of alteration for QuJin distribution network.This paper combines the actual situation of QuJin distribution network, brings out a scheme of distribution automation system and that schme will bring great benefit to economy and society.
