With the development of the world economy and increasing people's standard of living,cars are a wide range into the tens of thousands of households,automobile's demand is also increasing year by year.China is developing by the world third big automobile country of consumption to the world third big automobile producer country,but the quality of auto parts is actually unsatisfactory.The constant-velocity joint is key component which guarantees the secure,reliability and the stable performance in the automobile travel process,and its quality immediate influence automobile's in travel security and reliability.The safety car is also a direct impact on people's lives and vital interests.In order to assess automotive constant-velocity joints of the comprehensive performance,Taizhou Hongli Auto mobile Parts Co.Ltd.and Wuhan University of Technology has carried out a project—vehicle constant-velocity joints comprehensive performance test-bed.Although this project has been completed,but disturb is quite serious in the use time,mainly from the transducer and the interference of the interference detection system.Therefore researching detection and anti-jamming system is necessary.This article first introduced the paper research goal and the significance,the domestic and foreign research present situation.This described the vehicle constant-velocity joints and the role of the structure and contrasts the life cycle research test bed at home and abroad.This article also describes the three test components:variable frequency speed regulation system,hydraulic loading system and testing control systems.Which the calculation of the frequency converter and motor selection of the parameters,form the system needing to detect the 9 parameters to choose the right analog sensors and A/ D data acquisition card.This article also describes the life cycle test rig control system detected the source of electromagnetic interference from sources of interference,jamming and interference of transmission have focused on three aspects of the hazard analysis of the impact of the lightning-induced transient harassment caused by electrostatic discharge harassment,interference caused by switching power supply,and interference caused by harmonic frequency converter.The paper also details the principles of frequency converter and its sources of interference,as well as the interference of transmission and the impact of interference. Frequency changer's disturbance is mainly 5,7,11,13 subharmonic disturbances,the dissemination way divides into the hookup way,induction coupled mode and the airborne radiation way,the influence which the disturbance produces divides into the input side and the output side overtone to the equipment the harm.The paper also aims at each noise source to carry on the electromagnetic compatibility design,earths from the filter,shield and isolates four aspects to carry on the analysis and the design,ultimate design corresponding system anti-jamming measure.Finally has carried on system's anti-jamming measure simulation, confirmation examination system's anti-jamming ability whether to have the improvement.
