With the expanding application of computer simulation technology,the level of ship automation has been improved gradually,and the requirements of engine technical personnel is getting higher and higher,and marine engine room simulator training holds the important position in the nautical education domain,the International Maritime Organization(IMO) has also issued the mandatory regulation of simulator training. Therefore,the development of simulator has become the subject of widespread attention in the shipping world at home and abroad,and has also become an important research project in maritime universities and research institutions.In the existing marine engine room simulator simulation system,there are different levels of simplification and too rough models in the auxiliary simulation system,and it is bad for more detailed and targeted training.It has an in-depth research,which aimed at the auxiliary system of diesel engine modeling and simulation in this paper.Firstly,based on the research of the Working principle and composition of cooling water system,fuel/lubrication oil purification system,compressed air system,sludge oil /bilge water disposing system,boiler system and the other systems,the precise mathematical model is established by the modularized modeling method.Secondly,VC++6.0 which is a high-level programming language will be used to design and program human-computer interface of the auxiliary system and calculate the mathematical model.In order to ensure real-time simulation in the program design,the simulation interface use the MFC single document / single view structure,which can reduce the memory and CPU expense.Finally,the auxiliary system part of marine engine simulator simulation software is developed.The software has accomplished work flow visual simulation of the system in the interface settings,operation,functions and others.It has a series of advantages,such as a model of precision,real,low investment cost,taking up small space,the clear principle processes of system,easily operating and so on.If the simulation system can be further improved,it would be used as an important component in the simulation system of the marine engine room simulator.The simulation system has a certain value in the field of teaching and training.
