Marine auxiliary boiler consists of boiler body,control system,water supply system,fuel system and steam system.It is a typical complex system.It is one of the important auxiliary equipment for commercial ships.Its safe and reliable operation is very important to ensure the safe navigation of ships.Navigation practice shows that accidents such as boiler damage and shutdown occur frequently due to the misoperation or management of auxiliary boilers and their auxiliary equipment by the crew.Therefore,the use of marine simulator for crew operation,fault diagnosis and emergency treatment training has become an important means to improve the management level of crew,and is also an important part of the assessment and evaluation of operation-level crew.Marine boiler simulation training system is an important part of marine engine simulator.In the existing marine engine simulator,the simulation model of marine auxiliary boiler is too simple to meet the deeper training and training requirements such as fault detection and emergency treatment.Therefore,it is of practical significance to improve the existing auxiliary boiler simulation model and develop a set of auxiliary boiler simulation training system that can meet the training and evaluation requirements.In view of the shortcomings of the existing auxiliary boiler simulation model,this paper makes a thorough study on the mathematical modeling and Simulation of marine auxiliary boiler,and mainly completes the following work:Firstly,according to the composition and working characteristics of the auxiliary boiler of COSCO Pacific,the mathematical models of the boiler body,the boiler control system,the water supply system,the fuel system and the steam system are established by using the modular modeling method.The mathematical model is calculated by using VC++,and the calculation results are given.Comparing the calculated results with the experimental data,the simulation error is less than 5%.It shows that the simulation model can correctly reflect the steady and dynamic characteristics of the auxiliary boiler system and meet the accuracy requirements of simulation training.Secondly,the simulation model is integrated into the existing marine engine simulation platform in the form of dynamic link library,and the communication between auxiliary boiler and other systems is realized.Visual operation interface including boiler body,boiler control box,fuel system,feed water system and steam system is developed by using VC++,and simulation training system of marine auxiliary boiler is developed.The simulation experiment shows that the function of the simulation training system is similar to that of the actual auxiliary boiler,and it can complete the training functions of the basic operation,special operation,fault detection and emergency treatment of the boiler system.Finally,the developed auxiliary boiler simulation training system is integrated into the intelligent examination system platform of China Maritime Service Center.Typical operation training and troubleshooting test questions were compiled.The simulation test shows that the test results and the automatic evaluation results are correct and reasonable,which verifies the correctness of the auxiliary boiler simulation training system.
