| Diabetes and its complications seriously affect people’s health.The content of Glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c)reflects the average blood glucose level of human body in recent 2 to 3 months,and the detection of its concentration is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of diabetes and the diagnosis process.Hb A1 c detector detects the Hb A1 c content in samples.Hb A1 c detector can obtain the true and accurate blood glucose concentration of patients,and this index provides a reliable basis for the diagnosis of diabetes.This paper studies and designs an Hb A1 c detection instrument with matching detection card box to detect samples blood glucose concentration by affinity chromatography.Based on the idea of modularization,the instrument is mainly composed of four modules: main control module,photoelectric detection module,movement module and human-computer interaction.The main control module coordinates and controls each sub-module,the human-computer interaction module is convenient for the operator to use the instrument and observe the test results,and the movement module realizes the pipetting and mixing functions of the instrument through the motor drive board.In the photoelectric detection module,stable monochromatic light is generated by LED,and red and blue light is irradiated to the experimental sample.The reflected light signal is received by photodiode and converted into digital signal through the analog-to-digital conversion circuit,which is collected.By analyzing the test results,the sample glycosylated hemoglobin concentration data is obtained.The detection module has gone through a large number of experimental tests,CV test results are small,with excellent stability,repeatability and linearity. |
