With the development of modern science technology,we need higher quality of power supply.How to meet the request of modern electronic precious equipment has been an important study topic,and the voltage stability has became an important part of the power supply quality. Traditional steady voltage method is mechanical modifying AC voltage regulator mainly uses relay-switch to modify transformer-switch or brush to move.But these traditional voltage regulators have disadvantages such as mechanical abrasion,long-time reaction,short working time,large volume,heavy weight and large errors.We will research the design of AC voltage regulator based on bidirectional-convert technology.In this paper,we will use the bidirectional-convert technology to achieve bidirectional-flow of the power,so that we can save a lot of energy.More details are as follow: first of all at the beginning of the paper,we introduced the development of AC voltage regulator,bring forward the meaning and main content of this paper.Secondly,we introduced principle and structure of the circuit system.We use two convert circuits at the power supply circuit and load circuit to provide the circuit both positive and negative voltage compensation,and the voltage is supplied by the transformer in the circuit. According to the EPWM principle,we designed the hardware and software of the circuit.The hardware part includes main circuit design and control circuit design using TMS320LF2407.In the main circuit design part,we set the parameters of the filter,chose proper IGBT and completed the compensation transformer.In the control circuit design part,we used DSP2407 as key part to design the power circuit,reset circuit,clock circuit and driving circuit.In the software design part,we designed the flow and arithmetic of the main process.At last,we simulated the circuit in Matlab,compared all kinds of control methods and analyzed the data.
