In recent years,many problems of mechanics and technology have appeared in the construction of large-span spatial steel structure,and have caught the eye of experts all over the world to become a focus of study;all kinds of theories of computation and computational methods come forth one after the other.Many experts in our country also put forward a lot of new ideas and theories relating to large-span steel structure, including the design and construction of the steel structure in the project of large stadium,airport and conference center;they have done lots of experiments in the actual projects to demonstrate their theories;by doing that,they got some research findings and resolved some actual problems existing in the projects.This article researched the closure technology of large-span spatial steel structure in depth;and illuminated systematically some concepts,construction methods,construction procedure, construction process,closure line,temperature selection when closing,temperature testing technology,physical cooling technology,method for determining the length of closure section and the gap of closure joint,installation technology of closure section, closure welding technology,control of closure time relating to the large-span spatial steel structure.In addition,this article took the national stadium project for example to illuminate the application of the closure technology and theory of large-span steel structure.
