As social economy developing and the improving on living standard of the inhabitants in our country,at present,our country has get the largest stock on the quantity and range of extant building in the world.However,in comparison with the advanced countries in the world,the situation about the energy consumption of residential buildings in our country is not optimistic.The quantity and range of extant buildings is non-energy conservation, building envelope perform the function of the thermal insulation bad condition,inefficient heating systems,and so on,resulting in heating and cooling energy consumption and serious waste.For our country such a very low per capita energy reserves of the country,whether we can reduce the waste of energy in the extant buildings effectively is the key-step to safeguard the national sustainable development.This text to the energy-saving transformation of extant buildings building envelope, introducting the"appropriate technology"concept,which emphasize energy-saving technologies must be fully considering the impact of indoor thermal environment of the interaction between all kinds of factors,by integrated analyzing the impact of various factors, the paper designs the most"suitable"transformation of the program,dose not one-sided pursuit of high-tech materials for various applications.First of all,this paper makes a systematic exposition about the building envelope of the extant buildings energy-saving transform suitable-function technical theory,points out there are three factors must be comprehensive analyzed including the outdoor environment, indoor thermal disturbance,room ventilation and air conditioning operation mode,in energy-efficient building envelope design,and then leads into the analog power consumption technology as analytical methods,and introduces the methods to get the numerical value on parameters when the energy consumption model is set up,in order to set up a set of comprehensive utilization of the energy-saving transformation on extant buildings building envelope,including the initial field test,questionnaire research,computer simulation analysis to optimize the design of structures and other scientific means.Then this article taking a sample with the extant buildings in Xi'an,applying the building envelope of the extant buildings energy-saving transform suitable-function technical theory to practice.through the initial field test and building envelope energy consumption analysis for the extant buildings,we can find that extant buildings in Xi'an both bad indoor thermal environment,and building envelope whit high energy consumption,energy-saving transformation is imperative.In addition,according to the region of Xi'an Habitat survey of life,this paper get the tenants living in Xi'an typical human hair interior heat,Electric heat, air-conditioning operation mode and other related parameters,and then set up a suitable model of building energy consumption analysis,in Xi'an region.Finally,based on the simulated assessment for the different building envelope energy-efficient,in order to put out the best thermal engineering program.
