Research On Pre-bid Decision-making Process In Construction Engineering Project

The architectural engineering project tender bidding is a system engineering,it involves a series of obedient identical goal,the incident cross-correlation,mutually affects,the interdependence active links to be composed.Construction enterprises when participate in bidding face a common problem.Namely,not only needs the complete, system and the science about the tender bidding elementary theory and the knowledge, more needs to seek bidding decision methods being selected as the core goal in the practice process,only in this way enterprises can obtain in the intense competing market the architectural engineering project to realize the enterprise profit. This article based on the architectural engineering project bidding work's research has firstly determined the influencing factors when the construction enterprise carries on the bidding decision-making,has established the architectural engineering project bidding preliminary decision-making indicator system,and has used AHP to determin the weight of indicators.Then based on it,we established the GREY-AHP and AHP-GRAP bidding decision analysis models which separately evaluate the single bidding project and the multi-project.This study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,mainly in quantitative analysis,which make it more theoretical and scientific.And we has confirmed the validity and the usability of this method by the empirical analysis.It is easy and feasible scientific to use the above methods in the bid preliminary decision-making.It can effectively reduce the subjective capriciousness and blindness in the decision-making process,and has provided basic theory for correct formulation ofthe bid preliminary decision-making,which has the reality guiding sense.Through the bidding preliminary decision-making research,It has very realistic importance to improve construction enterprise's management and participate in the international competition.
