| With China's rapid economic growth, increased demand for coal, many of the domestic power plant in the actual operation can only mix a lot of low quality coal with other coal to combustion instead of designed coal. If the coal-doped options appropriate, reasonable ratio, the plant will give greater choice of coal for the boiler operation to provide security and economic security. If the coal-doped options not appropriate, not only will reduce the economic of boiler, but is likely to pose a threat to the safe operation of boilers. Therefore, it is particularly important to improve the safety and economy of mixing coal of thermal power plant.After summarizing the development of mixing coal blending system optimization, this paper put forward the overall design of the system, including system configuration, hardware and software settings, and function setting of this system according to the scene of the actual situation and the needs of the Jinwan power plant. This paper did a needs analysis on the multi-coal blending system optimization, designed the composition of the database structure, detailed definition of various database tables in the database structure, index and table of the relationship between the database and interface design.The system can be based on coal quality analysis of data, laboratory data and field test data to optimize coal calculation, and then to predict the best ratio of multi-coal blended and characteristic of mixed coal. The system have met the needs of multi-coal blended of power plant boiler, and played a very good guide of mixed coal blending for the plant staff. The economic benefits, environmental and social benefits of this system are enormous. |
