By analyzing the currently rotating machinery working condition monitor methods and the application situation of this technology, this paper designed a suit of rotating machinery vibration data recording and analysis system, which can record the normal working condition vibration data and has the functions of data acquisition, store, analysis and alarm etc. The system includes the recorder and the data analysis software. This paper mainly focused on the design of the recorder and the development of the data analysis software based on Visual C++6.0. By adopting the M16C/61 MCU made by Mitsubishi Electric as the core controller, this paper designed the recorder which can record the rotating machinery normal working condition data in real time and especially record the exceeding vibration data before and after the fault of the machine. The data is stored in the CF card installed on the recorder. The computer may communicate with the recorder via USB interface to access and manage the data stored in the CF card. The data analysis software can search the vibration data, analyze the working condition data trend, display the alarm data waves and analyze the commonly used vibration signal frequency. The system has the functions of on-line monitoring, equipment inspection and data analysis. It is highly real time, stable, high-precision with a low cost. |
