| Substation is the key element of power grid, which is a hub that connecting the transmission network and the electric users, whose abnormal runtation will directly affect the runtation of power gird, if it was not timely treated will affect the stability of the power grid, can lead to a large-scale blackouts at times. Risks are widespread in substation maintenance project, such as the hidden trouble of the equipment itself, the technical errors of operators, the risks of bad natural environment, etc. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a comprehensive risk database of substation maintenance project, to timely identify the risks hidden in substation maintenance project, to accurately assess the influence and probability of risks, and use corresponding means to avoid risk.Firstly, based on the large amount of summarise of substation maintenance risk, related comprehensive evaluation methods and the approach to avoid risks of domestic and overseas, combined with years of working experience of myself, this paper analysed the risk recognition, management, and tacle process from staff, equipment, method and environment. Secondly, this paper established the evaluation index system on substation maintenance risk, which was weighted by the methods of Sequence relations and eigenvalue method. Then, the multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and network analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was studied, and applied to the substation maintenance project risk evaluation model through a serious of contrastive analysis of several risk evaluation methods, which has taken safty, environment, and benefits into consideration, and can determine the degree of the risk in the equipment operation, provide the basis for maintenance strategy, and the compilation of emergency plan. Then a real substation was taken as an example to examzine the effectiveness of the model, which uses the comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the risk within substation maintenance. Finally, based on the risk sources of substation maintenance project, this paper puts forward to some useful risk management strategies. |
