The control tasks of coordinated control system are to meet the need of net load require as fast as possible, and in the mean time to ensure the stability of main steam pressure. To ensure CCS running well, the air/coal/water systems, must have good performance. When the important devices tripped, CCS must ensure RB active correctly, to ensure the unit decreasing load smoothly.For CHNG Beijing thermal power plant 225MW Unit, its air/coal/water control systems have poor control performance, and CCS can not run well, and the RB tests had never done. In this thesis,Bailey ABB's Symphony system is introduced simply, the CCS scheme Based on once-through unit is analyzed, and the optimal scheme of CCS is proposed, then a lot of tests are made. The tests indicate that the air/coal/water control systems have good performance, CCS have the ability to response net load requires quickly, the RB logic is correct, and RB test run correctly.
