Research On The Condition Evaluation And Prediction System Of Power Plant Equipment

Aiming at the problems of condition-based maintenance for power plant equipment in our country,the condition evaluation and prediction system of power plant equipment is researched in this paper.The structure of the system is designed,and the methods of condition evaluation and prediction are analyzed.And then based on the example of power plant equipment,the structure and methods that are built in the above are verified, and the calculating results demonstrate that the structure is valid and feasible.On this basis,the system overall process and function modules are designed,and adopting the programming languages C# and JavaScript the software of the system is developed.The system supplies the platform of condition evaluation,prediction and diagnosis to the power plant equipment,which is capable to diagnose objectively the site,the reasons and the trends of the fault and so on and supply the gist to the condition maintenance decision.
