Research And Development Of Simulation System Of Marine Refrigeration

Marine refrigerating plant is an important auxiliary equipment of ship for ocean-going and sea.Through training on the simulator,students can enhance their practical skills and ability of analyzing faults.At the same time,the wear of equipment can be decreased greatly.It is an important realistic significance to research emluator of marine refrigerating system with high capability.At one time,the emluator have these function of science research,engineering design argumentation,teaching educate and so on.Firstly,the writer summarizes the development and current situation of the marine refrigerating simulator.Secondly,following the principle of simplicity and convenience, the author analysis demonstrates the advantages of computer simulation software and designs a set of PC-based simulator.Because it is awfully suitable for self-study,the simulator becomes favorable teaching tool.In this paper,refrigeration system of the fifth-generation container ship "COSCO ROTTERDAM" as a simulation objector,based on MATLAB/Simulink modeling and simulation environment,the author sets up a mathematical model and realizes the dynamic simulation of marine refrigeration system.Mathematical model is divided into two types:one is a dynamic mathematical model used to simulate compressor, condenser,expansion valve,evaporator,cool room and its ancillary equipment;the other is logical and control mathematical model used to simulate protection,alarm, operation and logical control of the marine refrigerating system.The author realizes programming with MATLAB/Simulink,designing simulation interface by graphical user interface(GUI).As long as the user press the button correspondly on the interface, he can carry out corresponding operation of refrigerating plant,realizing the actual characteristics of the plant.In this paper,The author analysis simulation results by setting refrigeration, heating,defrosting of the seven cool room,then compared to actual ship data,which proves that the model of refrigeration plant based on the MATLAB dynamic simulation is feasible,the components model and system model of marine refrigeration plant is accurate and credible.The system holds its expansibility and feasibility in economy and technique.
