Design And Realization Of Marine Fuel Supply System

The marine fuel supply system is a very important part of marine power system.Its stable and reliable work can affect the safety of the ship and the operating benefit.With the extensive use of the inferior quality fuel on board,it is of great significance to design a reasonable fuel supply system and to improve the professional skills of Marine Engineers.Therefore,it has certain practical meaning to do research on the marine fuel supply system,and to develop the system simulation software used in teaching and training.Based on a great deal of literature,this paper mainly explains the concept of the marine fuel supply system and the composition of typical devices,and introduces its two forms,open fuel supply system and pressurized fuel supply system,summarizing the functions of various devices in the system.In accordance with the relevant provisions of regulations and norms of classification societies and the international conventions,as well as the requirements of technical specifications,this paper focuses on analyzing the fuel supply system of a typical ship,verifying the rationality of system configuration and equipment selection by calculation,and introducing the realization mode of automatic control function of the system.According to requirements of the automatic marine engine room laboratory project, and with reference to the requirements of norms and conventions,this paper designs a fuel supply system with high level of automation for the project.The fuel supply system is designed in the form of pressurized system.The equipment configuration in the system is economical and reasonable,fully embodying the teaching function.The automatic control system is designed as PLC control with PLC as the core of the system, greatly simplifying the peripheral equipment in the traditional relay control system.At the same time,a human-machine interface device with touch screen is equipped to set system parameters and visually display real-time system operation status.The development of the simulation software of marine fuel supply system involves the establishment of mathematical models,the design of interfaces and controls,the realization of the system mathematical models in the software and so on.The established mathematical models include the oil tank model,atomization heater model, oil pump model and so on.Finally,the whole system simulation software is developed by C# programming language in the.NET environment.
