In recent years, almost all countries and regions, after suffering setbacks, has clearly opted for the priority development of public transport policy. My tense urban land, population density, urban passenger transport to public transport - is the inevitable trend of the country to formulate a policy giving priority to the development of public transport. And urban public transport requires coordination between urban public transfer hubs to complete.Public transport hubs designed to achieve public transport integration. "Integration" is a future urban transport development in the direction of traffic. "Integration" is traffic between the various subsystems integration and a high degree of coordination and external factors, the ideal state of mass transit, Airport Express, cars / trams, taxis and form a three-dimensional transportation system for the convenience of passengers boarding create conditions. In the basis of analyzing the framework of public transport system, the public transportation network is divided into three levels and a reasonable public transport development is set up. Through cluster analysis, a reasonable transfer hub is found and transported region is determined. The selection model of feeder stop is set up on the aim of maximal passengers transfer quantity. And feeder efficiency model on the aim of max feeder effect per cost is proposed. Then cover efficiency model on the aim of max cover effect per cost is presented. Then an intelligent arithmetic, which can find all feeder routes one by one, is presented. The numbers of the feeder stops is analyzed by using the Queuing theory. The transfer establishment principles between the traffic modals are discussed, furthermore some suggestions on the distribution and the setting of the transportation hub station are presented. After receive enough transfer information, the public transportation line inquiry system based on the Fuzzy Decision is set up. Finally, applied this method to the southern bank of the district of Chongqing public transportation development planning, and the transfer hub and the feed bus line are optimized, and the kind of model the feasibility and the usability which are established in this article are confirmed.The conclusion indicated that, this research results can cause the city public transfer reasonably causes the public transportation transport capacity disposition to be more scientific, for improved the city public transportation the tense aspect to provide effective solution.
