With the rapid development of Chinese high speed railway, it is very urgent to use high performance train control system with high safety, high reliability and high efficiency to secure train operation safety. In accordance with the "advanced, sophisticated, economic, applicable and reliable" requirement, Our country 300km/h and above, high-speed passenger line to determine CTCS-3 Train Control System as a unified technology platform, the whole railway system, and is compatible with CTCS-2 Control System implementation CRH train running on line.This master thesis gives a brief introduction to the CTCS-3 simulation and testing platform, including system architecture, subsystem functionality and interface requirements among subsystems.The main work accomplished in this paper is listed as follows:1. According to the present stage CTCS-2 train control system under the control center equipment to analyze the functional requirements and design CTC function.2. The overall design program of the CTC subsystem was proposed based on the functional requirements, include the modeling of station layout, the realization of real-time tracking of trains, temporary speed limit of the order, operation plan and adjust the order, connect RBC, CTC self-extension, the train control center with TCP / IP protocol, and CTC extension in accordance with self-feedback to train the operation of the adjustment of train operation plan, in accordance with the road traffic conditions and send the temporary speed limit information to the RBC and train control center . Otherfunctions such as drawing of station layout, and MMI are also realized.3. Analysis focused on the main functional modules and other modules of the interface between the technology. CTC switchboard design simulation modules with various sub-systems to transmit information between the specific content and format.4. C++ Builder as a platform in this paper, the use of component technology designed to achieve CTC functions, and the same control over the realization of its Socket and other communications between the subsystems.5. The debugging was completed between the CTC subsystem and other subsystems in the CTCS-3 train control simulation and testing platform and the design objectives has achieved.Based on CTCS-3 Train Control System simulation testing platform, simulation subsystem of CTC study as a platform to the other subsystems provide research and testing environment, and also provide a better testing environment for other subsystems in the simulation and testing platform.
