| High performance of flatness and smoothness is the most outstanding characteristic of passenger dedicated line. To secure safety and high speed of railway operation, track maintenance of passenger dedicated line should be fortified to ensure integrity and high performance of flatness and smoothness. For the development of passenger dedicated line is in its infancy in China, track maintenance is lack of experience and technical means of management. After the analysis of foreign high speed railway track maintenance management techniques, combined with the characteristic of passenger dedicated line in China, this paper has explored new ideas of information system of passenger dedicated line track maintenance and at the same time researched on the theory and method of system construction in depth.Track maintenance management of passenger dedicated line should pay more attention to know the state of the track well, and at the same time be able to analyze and forecast the trend of the state of track changes to achieve the goal "condition-maintenance". Data is the basis and the key. This paper has studied the base data platform construction of track maintenance of passenger dedicated line, stated data classification, data source and data content in detail and discussed how to manage the huge amounts of data with data warehouse technology, to establish a subject-oriented, integrated and stable track maintenance data base system of passenger dedicated line.Accurately grasp of the changing regularity of track state requires finding out the intrinsic connection between the accumulated data and getting the data integrated and emerged, then analysis on the data in-depth which is based on the above two. This paper used common characteristics of the data that is the connection when data being fused and the GIS technology to construct a visualization platform of passenger dedicated line track maintenance and provide the overall design and function design of it.Beijing-Tianjin passenger dedicated line is the first passenger dedicated line in china. there is no track maintenance mode for us to learn from in china, especially in this aspect of Information Technology of track maintenance which needs further exploration and innovation. On the background of Beijing-Tianjin passenger dedicated line operation, after authorial field investigation, combined with design scheme of the system, this paper has developed the prototype of information system for Beijing-Tianjin passenger dedicated line track maintenance. |
