Studies On Energy Efficiency Diagnosis And Renovation For Hospital Buildings

With the continuous development of China's national economy and the advance of medical reform, the hospital buildings have got unprecedented development. On the other hand, along with the development of the technology of medical treatment, medical equipment's continuous update, the function's continuous improvement, at the same time hospital buildings' standard is greatly improved, the cost of hospital construction has greatly advanced, going with hospital's energy consumption rising ,so hospital has been one of the largest public buildings. Therefore, strengthening the diagnosis and energy consumption's analysis of the hospital buildings will be important significance , it will accelerate the advance and development of China's public buildings' energy efficiency technology that.Based on the background, the thesis beginning with the characteristic of hospital buildings' energy consumption , by the overall features of the hospital to breakdown, establishs the process and detection method of hospital buildings' energy efficiency diagnosis. Using the measurement uncertainty theory , the thesis not only establishes a mathematics modle which can calculate the uncertainty of the cold source system' Energy Efficiency Ratio, but also evaluates and analyzes the. uncertainty of measurement and the method of handling with error.In addition, the thesis introduces three kinds of method which are used to evaluate the effect of energy efficiency, expounding their application conditions. Then it proposes a method of calculating the amount of energy-saving, which is based on the equal working condition which is achieved by revising current working conditions to the standard conditions, and introduces the method and procedure of the calculation method. By analysis the error, the thesis considers that the method can be accurately applied to engineering practice. Using the energy efficiency evaluation of a hospital in Shanghai as a example, taking TRNSYS as a tool, the thesis detaily introduces and analyses the specific application of the calculating method.According to the hospital's energy efficiency diagnostics, making use of the working principle and method of energy efficiency diagnostics, the thesis surveies and analyses the energy consumption of buildings. Then the diagnosis system takes the five parts of a building as the entrance , achieving the detailed inspection, diagnosis, energy evaluation and analysis, and receiving the final results of energy efficiency diagnosis.Finally, according to the evaluation and analysis of the results of energy efficiency diagnostics, the thesis affords a concrete energy efficiency renovation plan which is suit to a actual building, and analyses the economy of the energy efficiency renovation plan.
