| Power Supply system of urban rail transportation supplies and transmissions the electricity for urban rail vehicles.It's very important to monitor the system operating parameters.The monitoring platform of this paper researchs on supply system for urban rail transportation. New power supply system uses PWM converter in paralle. The PWM workes in the condition of converter and inverter to make the vehicle braking energy back to the AC power supply system. It's performance and function is much better than usually. With the development and debugging needs of new power supply system, the monitoring platform of this paper bases on the new features and characters of the new power supply system.The monitoring and control platform combines Ethernet communication technology with VI. It uses the friendly interface of VI to replace the traditional monitoring methods.The monitoring paltform achieves the efficient, reliable and real-time monitoring of the new feed-forward traction power supply system.Based on the modle, master circuit topology and control strategy of the new traction power supply system, the paper gives the monitoring system designs.This monitoring system is divided into two parts, monitoring subsystem and control subsystem.The paper build the monitoring subsystems with design the application software systems in industry PC. Application software systems is devided into three parts, monitoring software based on LabVIEW, virtual oscilloscope and DLL based on VC++.The paper build the control subsystems with universal controller. The controller uses RS485 bus network as the basement communication network. It realizes the operation of real-time display and real-time control of PWM converter.In addition, the traction power supply system operation can also be controlled through the host computer system.It is ver useful and convient for designers to debugging and maintenance the system.In every chapter and the summary of this paper, the actual results of the monitoring and control system are gived.The results of experiment show that the design requirements of the monitor platform are fully realized.I belive that there are good prospects of it's application. |
