With the development of China's economic strength, in particular the deepening of the western development, road, rail and other transportation projects is increasing. New Austrian Tunneling Method commonly used by design and construction technology, the main structure of the tunnel to anchor bolting and modulus composite lining structure built of concrete forms for the mainstream in recent years, there have been as a result of diseases caused by the tunnel security crisis. In order to minimize the tunnel disease, and maintenance of a large phenomenon, on the request from the design concept and reduce maintenance costs of the tunnel, the tunnel structure is necessary for the construction and operation of the security during the real-time monitoring.Real-time monitoring of the structural safety of the tunnel is an emerging technology, the integrated use of its construction, opto-electronics, voice, computer, network technology, etc., through the tunnel structure of the state of the monitoring and evaluation to ensure the construction safety, guide the construction and operation phase of the tunnel maintenance and management to provide an important basis and guidance.This article focuses on two questions, first, the actual combination of the characteristics of a representative cross-section in a long-term monitoring equipment to install. And targeted for long-term monitoring is mainly based on the GPRS sensor and transmission equipment in the tunnel to monitor the application of systematic research. Put forward a complete set of GPRS-based real-time transmission monitoring system for tunnel design programs, including the system should have the hardware and software components for tunnel monitoring system based on GPRS data collection and transmission system. Second, in combination with field measurements to monitor the process and the main results of the use of numerical simulation and three-dimensional data table based on the timing of the tunnel to the structural safety of real-time monitoring of the evaluation criteria. Analysis of anchor bolting and modulus of concrete to build the tunnel structure of the complex structure of the form of the mainstream, in the construction phase and operation phase of the early acts of the actual mechanics, the new tunnel to draw the main structure of the actual mechanical shape. For the evaluation of structural safety and engineering and maintenance to provide constructive guidance.In this paper, the structural safety of the tunnel for a real-time monitoring system for a similar project has a certain practical value.
