Study On Adaptability Between Public Transport And Socio-economic

Because of the acceleration of urbanization process, the improvement of the level of city "motor", triggered a series of urban traffic problem, such as worsening traffic congestion, more terrible traffic pollution, risen transport energy consumption, higher accident rates, so countries around the world gradually became aware of the importance of the development of public transport, and give great attention to it. At the same time, China's urban transport has also gradually shifted to develop the public transport, and support public transport strongly. Therefore, the development of public transport faces unprecedented opportunities, but also facing serious challenges in China.In order to develop the urban public transport better and let it adapt to socio-economic development, it is necessary to fully analysis the development of urban public transport, research the adaptability degree between urban public transport and development of socio-economic, find the weak links of public transport infrastructure and public services, and find the problems of the public transport in its development process. Through the analysis of urban public transport and the related theories, analysis of the interaction between urban public transport and socio-economic, than expounded the meaning of adaptation between urban public transport and socio-economic. Then set up evaluation index system from the urban public transport and socio-economic initial preliminary, and screen these indicators using the weights determine and the correlation coefficient method separately, finally identify the evaluation index system of the adaptation between urban public transport and socio-economic. Then use the C~2GS~2 model in Data Envelopment Analysis to finish the comprehensive evaluation. Use the "effective degree of synergy" as a measure of adaptability, and further divide the degree of adaptability, and detail the different degree of adaptability. Through the comprehensive evaluation, we can get the degree of adaptability between urban public transport and the socio-economic, we can find out where there is a lack of development of public transport. And make a preliminary adaptability between urban public transport and socio-economic using Xi'an as an example.
