| The structure of semi-rigid pavement basic level has been used in the most of super highways in China.It is difficult for traditional technology of spreader to meet the requirement of quality and quicken the pace of construction,so the technology of heavy-thickness and wide-size spreader is put forward.But construction and detection technology which are matched to the technology of heavy-thickness and wide-size spreader are relatively backward.Thus,reasonable construction technology and the proper method of detection and evaluation need further study.This paper research systematically the technology of heavy-thickness and wide-size spreader.According to the characteristic of semi-rigid pavement basic level,this paper analyze the design method of dense framework semi-rigid pavement basic level,determine the graduation by the experiment and introduce the improved method for segregation technology of wide-size spreader.Additionally,the method of construction technology and the method of detection and evaluation which are relative to the heavy thickness and wide size are determined.Based on the property of materials and requirements in practical projects,at the same time,in order to make the equipments have the best performance,guarantee and improve construction quality of road surface,the suited technology of the fleet is researched. Sequentially,organic combination is determined,which can make core equipments play the leading role and make the individual have the best properties.Ultimately,the construction capability of the fleet be formed.Roller compacted technique for heavy-thickness and wide-size spread has been set,which can reach required compaction.As to detecting and analyzing data,standard deviation S_r of data repeatability in the lane,standard deviation S_R of data repeatability among the lanes,statistic value K of data consistency in the lane and statistic value h of data consistency among the lanes are introduced.Compaction work uniformity of wide-size spreader can be analyzed and evaluated in longitudinal and transverse ways by the four statistic values.Inspection results show that construction quality in transverse way is close to the one in longitudinal way by adopting wide-size spread basic level.Otherwise,mixture on the basic level are more well-proportioned.At present there are no relevant standard for the technology of heavy-thickness and wide-size spreader and construction at home and abroad.Thus,in the thesis,on the basic of theoretical analysis and experiment,combined with practical project,heavy-thickness and wide-size spread and construction are relatively studied,conclusion is of certain detective significance to semi-rigid pavement basic level heavy-thickness and wide-size spread and construction. |
