Research On The Intelligent Technology Of Modern Community

Intelligent community is an inevitable result of the information age, and is the inevitable trend of development of the Digital City. With the development of the times, the requirement of human living has been improved to meet the safety, comfort and convenience. Under the premise of safe, comfortable and convenience,environmental protection, energy saving and "green" become the new focus points. How to make use of intelligent technology to monitor and Manage the green eco-systems are the focuses of this paper to solve.Firstly, the paper analyses the contents, requirements and the combination with intelligent technology of green which energy systems, water environmental systems, gas environmental systems,sound environmental systems, optical environmental systems, thermal environmental systems, green systems, waste management and disposal systems, green building materials systems, focus on the analysis of Working Principle and Monitoring demand of solar energy use, water treatment, drinking water treatment, green auto spray, ground-source heat pump air-conditioning systems, and give The monitor way by intelligent methods.Secondly, analyzing intelligence needs of modern intelligent community and the intelligent system integration technology, select the SynchroIBMS integrated system as a platform and design Integrated program based on the platform.Finally, the Drinking Water monitoring system as an example is directly integrated into BMS by collaborative software SynchroIBMS.Then the Drinking Watersystem is incorporated with IIS(Intelligented Integration System)by the software of SynchroRtPortal and the goal of integration is finally achieved. Therefore, The integrated sysytem's feasibility and management functions for the green eco-system has been verified.The result expanded the connotation of Intelligent Community,provides reference to modern intelligent community.
