Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Of Vulnerability In Highway Disaster

The highway of our country has an important position in country economy and is speedily development,but there is badly impact to the construction and transportation of the highway ,because of geological disasters which occur more frequently in our country. And the highway disasters becomes more serious as the development of our human society. Disasters engender under the effect of nature and human society and have the characteristic of complexity and indefinitely. Inorder to realize this characteristic of disasters and the possibility of disaster damage,we should evaluate the disaster in risk. Vulnerability evaluation is an important part and the base of risk evaluation system,and it is also an important foundation of measure which is established for reducing effect of disaster. So there is an important signification for vulnerability evaluation.At present,disaster vulnerability evaluation is carried out for society and economy in small earea,and including more objects,and the highway is one part of the objects. Either natural characteristic or value of objects is considered in the anslyse of evaluation and there is less evaluation for highway and objects which have the affinity to highway.In this paper, we analyze the phylogeny of disaster study,describe contents and measures of risk evaluation and vulnerability evaluation;Objects of highway disaster is separated into three parts, substance, economy, society with analyse of highway transportation benefit;Established the system of indexs with the comprehensive analyse of objects's natural characteristic and value;Chose fuzzy comprehensive measure for reason that the measure is fit for this evaluation;The evaluation of highway disaster vulnerability was carried out with fuzzy comprehensive measure based on the system of indexs and the figure results was turned into pictures with software of GIS.Results show that ,the characteristic of vulnerability was better exhibited with comprehensive analyse of the objects; Vulnerability in economy was enhibited directly and the relaition of objects was more predigested as the use of highway transportation benefit;The results of evaluation were comparative exactitude and it mean that the method was feasible.
