The Research Of Traffic Impact Evaluation About Urban Construction Project

Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) analyzed the internal relationship between city and traffic from the point of microcosmic, reveal their regulation, and grope for how to assort with the relationship between them, and TIA is the effective means which deal with city transportation. At present, has already popularized launching in a lot of large and medium cities in our country. Its important function also causes the attention of the urban responsible institution further.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing foreign relevant experience, combined with the research status of traffic impact analysis in our country, the paper introduced the system of traffic impact evaluation about urban construction project, and analyzed the basic content,theory and technical points of urban construction project.According to the flow investigation of the present traffic situation, the paper introduced the methods to analyze the background volume of traffic, and proposed to forecast the background volume of traffic with the yearly rate law. Regarding to the project transportation journey production predict, it proposes Categories generated method. It also gives the referencing the journey structure forecast target, uses the circle level extrapolated method to carry on the project's transportation distribution and assignment.Evaluation index of traffic impact that appeared in different aspects was established, and corresponding mathematics formulas were set up. Because many factors of TIA are difficult to fix quantitatively, the paper used the method of AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), the method of expert evaluation and a fuzzy evaluation model to know the traffic impact degree. The proeess of evaluating traffic impact degree was exposited.Finally, the paper verified the methods by used the actual cases in this paper.This text through research of method on TIA,and aim at perfect the system of traffic impact analysis further.
