Computer Application Technology Of SBS Modified Asphalt Quality Control

With the fast growing of Chinese transport, SBS modified asphalt is increasingly applied to the wide range of highway construction. With the improvement of the quality requirements to engineering,as an important material of construction, the quality of SBS modified asphalt can not be ignored.In this paper, above the in-depth study to SBS modified asphalt's production equipments and production processes, we introduce the design ideas of the dynamic quality control in production process. through monitoring the various production processes of the SBS modified asphalt, this paper realtime control the proportion of the various raw materials,the work of production equipment condition and development status of SBS modified asphalt in production process,which expectats to removing the unfavorable factors of SBS the quality in processes of working.Affecting the quality of SBS modified asphalt factors were studied, thie paper determines the various monitoring parameters within reasonable limits,some problems about the current domestic production of SBS modified asphaltar are resolved,actual engineering datas are illustrated,whose purpose is to introduce the practicability of monitoring and control system will get a improve the quality.The dissertation also introduces the advanced applications of Excel and VBA programming technology, and the quality analysis processing software of SBS modified bitumen processing are empolder, so that the complicated process and quality evaluation of modified asphalt will become clear at a glanceIn the future, the design ideas will have a certain reference value in developing of similar products...
