Technical Research On Electrostatic Precipitator In 300MW Thermal Power Plant

Increasingly serious environmental situation in our country and national of ex-c ess industry capacity,under the policy implications of coalfired power generating un its,especially below 600 MW thermal power generating un it is faced with double test of policy and market.Whether to meet the national standards for pollutant discharge or even determine the development of power generation enterprises.The authorworks in NO.3 Baotou Thermal Power Plant(hereinafter referred to a s Bao NO.3 Power Plant)2×300MW thermal power unit,perboiler room with two electric dedustings and double four electric fields,due to electrostatic precipitators since put into production by flue gas for a long time,caused by corona wire fracture,electrode plate,the distance between the anode and the cathode,secondary side working current,working voltage is reduced,dust collecting effect,ultimately resulting in a decline in the electric efficiency.Bao NO.3 Power Plant in order to meet the coalfired power plant air pollutants emission standards,more and more stringent standards of smoke concentration emissions and PM2.5 fine particulate monitoring indicators,in recent years,the ontology and the electrostatic precipitators of electric power supply high and low voltage p art to implement the transformation for many times,in the process of transformati-o n,the author witnessed the electric dust catcher of high voltage power supply development and using effect.So this paper research as a special power supply of power frequency electric power supply and working principle of the high frequency power supply,its function in the aspect of saving energy and reducing consumption,and the application of the equipment operation and maintenance of several aspects such as equipment to make comparison,in order to explore the pros and cons of various equipment features,as well as the effect of environmental protection,energy saving,the use of the special power supply for the coal-fired power plant electric filter to provide reference and basis.
