Dust is one of the main pollution emissions of coal-fired power enterprises,and due to its large base and continuous production,it is a great pressure on environment protection.The processing of flue gas dust capture is an important task that the power generation enterprise must carry out.At present,the coal-fired power enterprises,is commonly used electrostatic precipitator to remove dust and catch the flue gas.Is limited by many reasons,such as their designs,however,the previous dust removal system efficiency of dust removal ability is relatively low,rel atively high power consumption,continue to do some system performance is optimized.Therefore,the coal-fired power enterprises have also conducted a series of exploration and modification of the optimization and upgrading of dust removal.In this paper,based on the most advanced ultra supercritical thermal power generating units million as the research object,introduces the development of the electric,investigated the principle of electrostatic precipitator dust collector,analyzes the factors affecting electrostatic precipitator dust removal efficiency,and breakthrough point to find out the disadvantages of the traditional electrostatic dust removal system,and introduces the retrofit scheme of high frequency power supply alternatives to traditional power frequency power supply.The article expounds the new type of high frequency power transformation in the application of the principle of the electric dust removal system,and compared with traditional power in saving energy and reducing consumption,improve the efficiency of dust removal and the advantages of equipment operation adjustment.Then,combine theory with practice,this paper introduces the reconstruction of the power plant of high frequency power supply system and the transformation system of economy,environmental protection for the equipment performance and influence the power quality of modified sample evaluation.The results of the comprehensive analysis show that the economic and environmental benefits are obvious,and it is worth promot ing vigorously,and some minor shortcomings can be solved by means of certain means.Finally,the topic also looks forward to the future direction of dust removal.
