Using method of average water consumption quota TaiAnShi 2010 and 2020, the average total water in 2030 forecast respectively 161695 million m3, 169274 million m3, 174013 million m3, the average total can supply prediction respectively 139883 million m3, 145248 million m3, 162159 million m3, the average years respectively for 21812 million m3 carrying capacity, 24026 million m3, 11853 million m3, water respectively, and13.5% 14.2% 6.8 % percent.To solve the contradiction between supply and demand of water TaiAnShi, promote the sustainable development of water resources, TaiAnShi must be scientific, reasonable and plan of the development, utilization, management, and protect and save configuration of water, the water in the outstanding position, its core is to improve the efficiency of water.
