The reform of China’s state-owned enterprises is in full swing,the marketization of the power generation industry will further increase,and competition in the power market will become increasingly fierce.The purpose of this study is to reasonably predict the future development prospects of the Chinese power market and the number of employees in the entire power market.According to the development layout of Company A,the human resources situation of Company A in 2010-2018 is simulated,and the structural changes of human resources and total human resources of Company A in 2019-2024 are predicted.The main content of this paper is to first determine the research direction of this paper through domestic and foreign literature analysis,and to sort out related theories and forecasting models;secondly,to build a system dynamics-based human resources supply and demand forecasting model based on system dynamics with the support of personal understanding and relevant literature And carry out relevant inspections.After the model passes the test,it conducts an empirical study on company A,and draws the prediction results of the total number and structure of company A’s personnel.The methods used in this paper are mainly qualitative research and system dynamics models.In the review of the literature review methods,qualitative research is mainly used,and system dynamics construction models are used for simulation and result analysis.This paper studies the main innovations.One of the predecessors used trend extrapolation to perform simulation prediction.The prediction accuracy is poor.This paper introduces system dynamics into the prediction accuracy.The second is that most of the previous studies only studied at the level of the total number of employees,this article studies the level of employees’ education;finally,this article proposes a corresponding talent promotion plan according to the company’s development strategy.In terms of theoretical value,this paper establishes a human resources prediction model based on system dynamics.It is relatively advanced.In the past,few people have introduced the method of system dynamics into human resource prediction.This research has some groundbreaking.This research expands the method of human resource prediction and adds a new simulation research direction to human resource prediction.In terms of practical significance,the model established in this article can predict the overall human resource supply in the market on the one hand,and predict the human resource demand of the enterprise,and provide reference value for the enterprise.Enterprises can predict their future human resource level needs according to their own strategic needs,and serve the future strategic transformation of enterprises.Finally,this paper draws the following conclusions: First,model simulation analysis of China’s power industry talent will turn to high-level high-quality development in the future;Third,to stabilize the company’s talent development,should maintain the company’s installed capacity stable development.Fourth,the future of high-level competition for high-level talent more intense.
