It is a key factor to the big city continuable development. Secondly, being followed the city traffic, explains that BRT is very important, and analyzes the line disposal and principle as well as advertent problems. Thirdly, the paper analyzed the build experience of BRT in abroad. These experiences can help us understand BRT deeply, and can give us many apocalypse on the BRT construction. Finally, these theories give us that we should chance the BRT as the one main traffic mode.In the part of demonstration study, thesis takes the Xi'an city as the case, and used the gained experience on theory study, referring to the fourth city planning on Xi'an city, combining actuality of Xi'an city; the paper analyzes the city road traffic characteristic and expansibility. So can find that it is necessary to Xi'an city to build BRT. What' more, it analyzes that BRT is done by chang'an university traffic document and it is reciprocal to the other traffic modes.
