Generally, the power system recovery after power failure in a large area is called Black-Start. When the power system is collapsed by the system troubles, the whole system is service interruption (besides small isolated power system which is still working) However, in the situation, it could be start-up independent of effects without any other networks, which imposes self-starting electric generators to drive others without self-starting function run in the same system and gradually extends the range of system recovery.Above all, the paper introduces the importance and significance of Black-Start scenario in this dissertation and illuminates the system recuperate process, as well as the calculative and analytical methods of the pivotal technology. According to the actual state of Yangzhou power system, it selects electric sources and paths of Black-Start, which is considered of the self-excitation of generators and the overvoltage of no-load lines in the electricity transmissions. And compile Yangzhou Power System Black-Start Scenario, which analyses the potential stability problems and supplies the processes and paths of load comeback.
