The Research On "Black-start" Based On Zhaoqing Power Grid

With the development of our county, the structure of china power grid is becoming moreand more complex. As a result, once there is a large-scale accident, the influence of moderneconomic and society will be not be imaged. Because of the power grid is not perfect, a smallfault will increase big reaction and even duo to a big problem to the whole system. TheBlack-Start is a common emergency plan which can increase power system safety significantly,and it will reduce the influence of society.This paper makes the Black-start scheme based on the research of ZhaoQing power grid.Firstly, the essential requirements and process of the power grid Black-start are described. Ascientific and detailed analysis is given to choose the best Black-start sources. Secondly,Some problems might appear during Black-start, they are simulated and calculated by therelated softwares scientifically and detailedly. At last, an actual operation scheme is putforward in this paper, which can be a reference to reality. lots of works are done on the analysisof each target power-grid’s power flow and stability.
