Fast foging press is the high efficiency hydraulic system. In order to avoid the power waste, the research of accumulator fast foging system is payed more and more attention. The accumulator relates the entire accumulator assistant fast foging system's response characteristic to a great extent. Conducting the fundamental research to the accumulator's influence and analysising main parameter's influence to the system's characteristic have very important theory and practical application value.Conduct the research to the accumulator intrinsic characteristic. Point out the filling pressure and the accumulator volume's influence to the accumulator intrinsic characteristic. Then carry on the analysis to the master control accumulator's dynamic characteristic. Point out the accumulator volume, the filling pressure, the different input frequency as well as the pipeline fluid resistance's influence to the master control accumulator's dynamic characteristic.The mathematical model establishment, the simulation model establishment and the experiment verfication,are the key of the research to accumulator fast foging system. Establish the accumulator, the main cylinder subsystem, the back cylinder subsystem, proportional cartriage valve's mathematical models separately using the mechanism modelling method. Based on the Matlab/Simulink platform, with each link relating, construct accumulator fast foging system simulation model. Build accumulator fast foging system's similar testing platform and conduct the experimental study. With the simulation and the experiment unifying,analysis the forging traveling schedule, the forging frequency, the initial pressure as well as the accumulator volume's influence to accumulator fast foging system's dynamic characteristic.Carry on the simulation research about the accumulator volume choice. The result indicates that choosing accumulator volume according to theoretical formula and suitably increasing the initial pressure,it can satisfy depress and return trip precision request of the accumulator fast foging system.It has provided the theory basis for the reasonable design specially the accumulator selection,having certain guiding sense.
