Coiled tubing (CT) is a kind of new equipment in the petroleum industry. It is used extensively in well work over, well drilling, well completion, well logging and well stimulation in oil-gas field in the aboard oil fields down hole works. While in home, CT is just in the introduction and application experiment stage. The index of constituent has a close bearing on its service life and applied condition. The homemade injector head of CT break easily in high-speed. In view of the present phenomenon, this article Analysing and measuring the natural frequency of schoolmade CT injector head.To start with the structural features of injector head, this article learns and compares various measuring methods of natural frequency and analytic approaches. Finally,choosing the method of measuring frequency based on the knocking sound and the method of digit processing based on HHT. This article designed and implemented the inherent frequency measurement of floating chuck based on DSP with a view to software and hardware.The hardware design: Through theoretical analysis and comparison, Adopt condition signal of rolling bearing with the sound level meter, under the Nyquist sampling theorem conditions, through A/D on the WT6701PA board to sample the signal, as internal storage space of DSP is limited, through C language program DSP external interrupt, then active DMA, real-time transmit sampling data to the PC, store as a data file.The software design:By useing DSP and Hilbert-Huang transform to analysis the signal of floating chuck's inherent frequency. Finding the inherent frequency of floating chuck by observing the marginal spectrum.Finally, this artical gave a line-up test and an actual measurement for floating chuck inherent frequency measurement system. It is proved that the desired specific function is achieved.
