As the basic organization unit of passenger transport, passenger station organizes and controls station daily production activities by making station working plan. Station working plan is directly related to the effective of carrying out the passenger organization work and the utilization of equipment. Especially during the rushing period such as Spring Festival, National Day and so on, it is more important to ensure the rationality and effectiveness of station working plan. The arrangement of the receiving and dispatching tracks is one important part of the working plan in passenger station. It should ensure uninterrupted process of receiving and dispatching trains and avoid spread delay caused by the late of train and reduce conflict between traffic and shunting and provide more convenient service to passengers at the same time. Therefore, while making arrangement plan of the receiving and dispatching tracks, we should take account of the close relationship between traffic organization and the station equipment, combined with the nature of the train, throat turnout and other factors, then we can make a reasonable arrangement plan of the receiving and dispatching tracks.This paper firstly specifies characteristics of the passenger flow in peak and the peak traffic impact on the organization. Then analyses the relationship in receiving and dispatching tracks, throat turnout and train diagram. This paper then analyses the various time factor of station technical process and arranging the receiving and dispatching tracks. On this basis, this paper proposes the anti-delay optimization model of the receiving and dispatching tracks based on probability of conflict on, the optimization model of the receiving and dispatching tracks based on quality of passenger service, and multi-objective optimization model based on both above..This paper then designs corresponding immune clone algorithm to solve each model. On the background of 2008 Spring Festival passenger transport data in Zhengzhou station, makes the analysis of examples guaranteeing the goal to reduce delays in the conflict and reduce the passengers walking distance, this paper proposes reasonable arrangement plan of the receiving and dispatching tracks in rush periods.
