Power is the most important source of energy in modern society,it's grid stability and the level of power quality has become an important factor affecting economic development. With the power electronics technology, power grid in shock, non-linear loads increase, making network harmonic pollution occurs, three-phase imbalance problems, has seriously affected the security and stability of power system operation. Therefore, in order to ensure that user devices work properly, you need a power parameters on-site real-time, accurate measurement instruments. Moreover, in order to achieve power system for remote monitoring, remote sensing and other functions, improve the degree of automation, power parameter test equipment must have communication capabilities. Field bus can simultaneously process control and manufacturing automation to meet needs, and thus has become the field of industrial data bus, the most active one area. The Controller Area Network (CAN) is the most promising field bus as a bus.This paper studies the AC parameter test equipment and the basic principles and technique. The system is based on the United States, as TI's MSP430 chip MCU board core control of the original multi-purpose general-purpose low-power instrument system, which is divided into two modules, front-end signal detection module and CAN bus communication module. Describes the detection techniques based on synchronous sampling of electrical parameters measurement principle and software design for testing a number of key issues encountered in research:(1) the measurement error analysis of existing systems; (2) digital sampling method for analysis; (3) to improve the measurement accuracy improvement program; (4) Debugging CAN field bus communication circuit. Through the above analysis of the problem and research, while the existence of this system, the measurement error in-depth analysis of pairs of AC parameters of the digital sampling algorithms and embedded software design has done a study on the use of frequency sampling method to improve the measurement accuracy, and expanded measurement range; experiment debug controller SJA1000 based CAN bus communication; made to improve communication module program, you can use the MSP430's SPI standard serial port and CAN bus controller MCP2510 connection in order to achieve data communications.Experimental results show that:The electrical parameter tester with a simple circuit, high sensitivity, short response time and low power consumption, you can conduct a variety of parameters of non-sinusoidal alternating current of high-performance testing, with the popularization and application.
