Construction Theory And Skills Of Vernacular Landscape In Urban Landscape In China

With the rapid development of China's economy, the construction of city parks has been developed quickly,the ecological environment in major cities has been significantly improved,and the quality of the urban residents'lives has been increased greatly. But at the same time,the problems of the urban landscape construction have also begun to show. For example, the over-exploitation has leaded to ecological imbalance,and many cities have lost their own characteristics. To solve these problems,many scholars and professionals have committed to the study of vernacular landscape. They want to maintain and rebuild a harmonious ecological environment in city parks, to create the geographical features,and to transmit the history and the culture.Vernacular landscape is a landscape type with he richest economy, regionality and sustainability , a historical landscape mode. It emphasized the harmonious development between man and man, man and nature, man and land. It is an ideal landscape which combined modern technology with traditional local culture. Nowadays, the construction of featured cities and saving garden is promoted. So the study of construction theory and skill of vernacular landscape in urban landscape in China has important guiding significance.Based on the content and characteristics of vernacular landscape, starting from the formation of vernacular landscape, this thesis applied basic ecology, landscape ecology, folklore, ornamental horticulture, urban planning and design, aesthetics and theory of sustainable development to study the construction system of vernacular landscape in urban landscape, proposed the principles and methods of Construction. The main results were as follows:1,Vernacular landscape is the result of going with nature, the practical needs of production development, the interpretation of human simple beauty;2,The construction of vernacular landscape should be researched in the aspects of vernacular natural landscape, vernacular productive landscape, vernacular living landscape and vernacular cultural landscape.3,The construction principles of vernacular landscape in urban landscape are following nature and ecology; valuing culture and land, interpreting feelings for native land and taking saving as principal and developing reasonably.4,Vernacular landscape, which takes local landform and native plants as bases, supports the development of folk customs.
