Based on the valve's eccentricity sitting model has been developed,the thesis compares the difference between DesignModeler which is subjected to ANSYS-Workbench and the PRO/E.The PRO/E has much more advantage than DesignModeler in designing and assembling three-dimensional objects.With the help of PRO/E,the eccentricity sitting model can be easily finished.Based on the valve's eccentricity sitting theoretical analysis model has been eatablished,the paper respectively analyse the valve's force when the gap of the valve-guide is normal and when the valve is under the circumstances of eccentricity sitting.Because the characteristics that ANSYS-Workbench has a seamless connection with PRO/E,the assembly of the valve's eccentricity sitting model is taken into ANSYS-Workbench for Static Analysis.The paper analyse the effect of the gap(AD)of the valve-guide,the length of the valve guide L2 and the location of the valve guide L4 (The gap between the under face of the valve seat and the top face of the valve) on the eccentric impact force of valve and the amount of axial deformation of the head with the Ansys-WorkBench. The research results show:1)The deformation and the stress distribution of the valve head at the eccentric impact force increase with the△D;2) If the△D<0.2mm which is the reasonable gap in Engineering practice,the axial deformation of the valve head, the maximum equivalent, axial, radial stress value of the tension side of the surface when the lenghth of valve guide L2=75mm respectively increase 1.44 times and 3 times when the length of valve guide L2=55mm;3)If the△D<0.2mm, the length of the valve guide remains L2=60mm, the axial deformation of the valve head, the maximum equivalent, axial, radial stress value of the pression side of the surface when the location of valve guide is L4=55mm respectively increase 1.44 times and 3 times when the location of valve guide is L4=45mm,According to the research the best location of the valve guide is 45mm.The results can be used to control a reasonable valve-catheter gap and the selection and installation of the valve guides.In the dynamics,the paper calcalutes the dynamic force of the valve when the cam operates in one cycle period and simulates the transient dynamics analysis with AWE.The paper discusses the effect of the△D on the the valve surface stress of the arc.At the same time,the analysis gets the curve of the deformation of the valve head and the stress distribution vary with time.
