| Rotary vane vacuum pump is an elementary equipment in vacuum technology, it could be used to get low vacuum, or combined with other rough or fine vacuum pumps as backing pump. Compared with other vacuum pumps, the rotary vane vacuum pump has the advantages of miniature, light weight, low noise and minimum vibration. Now rotary vane vacuum pump has come into wide use in many fields, such as Metallurgy, Machinery Manufacturing, Electronic and Chemical industry Etc.In this paper, the structure of rotary vacuum pump is first described, then analys the effect factor of the rotary vane pump's performance。The main problems of present products are described in detail, which include ultimate vacuum, pumping efficiency, noise, oil injection, etc. By analyzing these problems, the solving plans and the design target are given.Come up with the problem of pumping speed, the new construction method of stator curve and the new structure of rotary vane vacuum pump are given.. The mathematic model of new curve isdetermined and the mathematical eqution on the calculation of the sectional area of the working chamber is given too, conclude the evolution of the sectional area of the working chamber with rotation angle. Summarized the relationships between pumping speed and rotor diameter. The vacuum pump's pumping speed and motion characteristics are analyzed, it is compared with the old curve to determine the feasibility of the new stator curve.The dynamic model of the new stator curve has been proposed through kinematics and dynamics object。The movement part of the vane compressor comprise rotor and vane importantly. It is necessary to analysis the key parts, mainly conclude rotary vane and rotor, namely endure force analysis, kinematics analysis. In order to serialize the compressor, it is necessary to set up the design form. Rotor force and deformation is analyzed by Finite element software. The premilinary work for further design work has been completed by this paper. |
