With the developing of Fluid Power transmission and control technology,an increasing demanding for capability of piston pump is even higher.To Research and design high-powered piston pump,only through traditional physical experiments takes much time,and can not change parameter of piston pump freely. In addition the flow passage of Axial Piston Pump is complex,which made it difficult to study the Axial Piston Pump.The developing of Virtual Prototype Technology and CFD Technology provide the possibility for researching nonlinear complex system precisely by simulation.This project applies Virtual Prototype Technology and CFD Technology to the field of fluid power transmission. The virtual prototype technology's information, several rigid bodies dynamics simulation software ADAMS, the structure and principle of axis piston pump and the basic knowledge of FLUENT are introduced in the paper; each part and assembling model are built in the CAD software Pro/E, analyzing and discussing the Pro/E-ADAMS interface, choosing the better file formart to import, and the Pump of A11VO190 mode is built;It is appended the joins and the force,and built the physical model of the Pump,,simulated at different parameters,got the corresponding results. The simulation results are compared in detail.In addition we establish a flow of valve plate of axial piston pump.The FLUNET is used to value simulation on the flow passage of the valve plate,last we analysis the results.The results of analysis provid the base for designing the high efficiency hydraulic pump.
