Research On Emergency Management And Evaluation For Regional Power Grid

From two angles of view of basal and technology, this paper scrutinizes large-scale blackouts emergency management in china. Some bottle-necks of emergency management exiting in regional electric power company were analyzed systemically by dividing into organization system, mechanism, training, propaganda, information release, drill and exercise, plan, black-start, emergency response center, warning and classification. Effective and scientific Suggestions were given in this paper, so it is very important to enhance emergency management to regional electric power company. Additionally, this paper constructed specific evaluating index system and apply it in FAHP to evaluate the emergency management. The result validate the method is very effective.
