The Research On The Spatial Form Of Energy-Saving Rural Housing In Northwest China

As the development of the economy, the farmers' living standard increases gradually, and their life style and behavior pattern had the very big change correspondingly. Then the traditional rural housing space has not been able to meet villagers'need. They need the higher residential environment quality including comfortable living space and favorable indoor thermal environment. As the fact that shortage of energy we should consider the problem of the rural housing spatial form renewal and rural housing energy-saving.Based on the investigation on the typical rural house where is from Guanzhong and Shangluo of Shanxi province and Yinchuan of Ningxia province, this article has analyzed the characteristic and the type of typical rural housing space form, and has summarized the problem for rural housing spatial arrangement. There are many problems in the spatial form of rural house in Northwest region, for example, function arrangement unreasonable, the pursuit of big rural housing altitude and housing area, lack reasonable indoor thermal environment zoning and being unable to take full advantage of the natural environment. According to the evolution course of the different local rural housing spatial form, this paper has analyzed the reasons for the evolution of rural housing spatial form in Northwest region, and has pointed out that the primary factors which affect the development of rural house are natural environment, social environment, change of the family structure transformation of the production and life style.This paper has analyzed the situation of rural housing energy consumption and internal thermal environment in Northwest region. Based on the theory of ecological energy conservation technology, this article has discussed the spatial form energy-saving rural housing in Northwest region, and has analyzed energy-saving effect of different spatial form by means of using the construction energy consumption simulation software and carries on the optimization proof to rural physique and function spatial form. Then we can draw a conclusion that the double-floor rural house with two-sided slope roofs and a passive solar house has the relatively good internal thermal environment, and this kind of rural house is quite suitable in the Northwest region. In addition, the rural housing ecological energy-saving measures which are suitable in the Northwest region have been made. Reasonable thermal environment zoning in the housing design, the use of solar house heating, the use of solar water heater, plant shading, building a marsh tank, and improving the traditional housing enclosure structure are the appropriate energy-saving technologies or measures in Northwest region.Energy-saving rural housing design in Northwest region has been discussed. Through to the analysis on ecological rural house in Ningxia province, we can draw a conclusion that the energy-saving performance of the new ecological rural house is better than that of the traditional rural houses'. The example for ecological rural house is to provide new design mentality for the energy-saving rural house in Northwest region.
