Optimization Research On Construction Site Layout Of Hydropower Project

Construction site layout of hydropower project is an important content in construction organization design of hydropower station. Whether construction site layout is reasonable or not, it will directly affect on almost every aspect of project cost, construction schedule,construction safety,construction quality, environment and ecology. With the reduction of land resources and further concept of environmental protection, it calls for optimization research on construction site layout, making construction site of hydropower station under the guidance of scientific and rational approach. In this paper, it proposed the contents and optimization methods of system optimization of construction site layout and construction site layout of Linxi River hydropower station is verified, obtaining the following results:(1) Hydropower project construction site layout plan can be seen as a systematic project. Theories and methods of systematic analysis are amplied to construction site layout of hydropower project in order to achieve optimal control.(2) It proposed the main work of construction site layout of hydropower station and analyzed thinking of construction site layout. There are two major categories, qualitative factors and quantitative factors, which determine pros and cons of construction site layout.(3) The general layout of the construction of the hydropower system, the contents of sub-studies. Diversion from the diversion of construction planning methods, impact factors to consider diversion programs, through the principle of preference for program optimization; of the main project planning from the individual engineering analysis to determine the construction program, through the principle of preference for program optimization; yard selection and exploitation of the planning for the Dam type selection and exploitation of established principles, and then the program optimization; construction of sub-regional planning, with a total layout planning in the qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate two aspects.(4) The leaching characteristics of River Hydropower Station Based on the analysis of its general layout of construction of construction diversion system, the main works, construction, general layout, construction, zoning and yard selection and exploitation of program planning and optimization, examples demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method and effectiveness. River Hydropower Station has been pouring more reasonable construction of the overall layout of the program.
